🥘 5-Minute Chickpea Curry
A creamy, flavour-packed dish using just pantry staples.
Ingredients:
- 1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp BIG BANG! Spices Sizzlin Chickpea Curry spice
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 200ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp tomato purée
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft.
2️⃣ Add garlic and BIG BANG! Spices blend, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3️⃣ Stir in the tomato purée, then add chickpeas and coat well in the spices.
4️⃣ Pour in coconut milk, season with salt, and let simmer for 3 minutes.
5️⃣ Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice or flatbread.

🌮 Speedy Spiced Tacos
Your weeknight dinner game just got stronger!
Ingredients:
- 250g mushrooms or minced tofu (or minced meat if preferred)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp BIG BANG! Spices Taco Blend
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ cup vegetable broth (or water)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 small tortillas
- Toppings: Avocado, lettuce, salsa, sour cream
Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until soft.
2️⃣ Add mushrooms (or tofu/mince), and cook for 2 minutes.
3️⃣ Stir in BIG BANG! Spices Taco Blend, smoked paprika, and tomato paste.
4️⃣ Pour in broth, stir well, and let cook for another 2 minutes until thickened.
5️⃣ Serve in tortillas with your favourite toppings!

🍛 One-Pot Coconut Masala Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 cup basmati rice, rinsed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp BIG BANG! Spices Garam Masala Blend
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat oil in a pot, add cumin seeds and onions, and sauté until golden.
2️⃣ Stir in BIG BANG! Spices Garam Masala Blend and turmeric, cooking for 30 seconds.
3️⃣ Add rice, coconut milk, water, and salt. Stir well.
4️⃣ Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook on low heat for 12 minutes.
5️⃣ Fluff with a fork, garnish with coriander, and serve.
