Ingredients:
- π₯ 4 eggs
- π§ 1 small onion, finely chopped
- πΆοΈ 1 green or red chili, finely chopped (optional, adjust to taste)
- π± 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- π 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- π₯ 1 tablespoon oil or ghee
- π§ Salt, to taste
- πΏ Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Finely chop the onion, tomato, and green chili. π§ π πΆοΈ
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk them well. π₯π§

Cook the Onion:
- Heat the oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. π₯
- Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds until they release their aroma. π±
- Add the chopped onion and green chili. SautΓ© until the onions turn translucent and start to brown slightly. π§

Add Spices:
- Add the turmeric powder and red chili powder to the pan. Stir well and cook for a few seconds to combine the spices with the onions. π‘πΆοΈ

Add Tomato:
- Add the chopped tomato to the pan. Cook until the tomato softens and the oil starts to separate from the mixture. π

Cook the Eggs:
- Reduce the heat to low.
- Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and stir continuously to scramble them. π₯
- Keep stirring until the eggs are cooked to your desired consistency. Make sure not to overcook them, as they should remain soft and slightly creamy. π³

Finish with Garam Masala:
- Sprinkle the garam masala over the scrambled eggs and mix well. π

Garnish and Serve:
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. πΏ
