Easy Chicken (or Paneer) Jalfrezi
Serves 2–3 | Ready in 30 mins ⏱️
Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil 🛢️
1 onion, sliced 🧅
1 bell pepper, sliced 🫑
2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
300g chicken breast or paneer, cubed 🍗🧀
2–3 tsp BIG BANG! Jalfrezi Spice Blend 🌶️✨
2 tbsp tomato purée 🍅
200g chopped tomatoes (½ tin) 🥫
Salt to taste 🧂
Optional: fresh coriander & lemon juice to serve 🌿🍋

Instructions:
1. Sauté the base:
Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onion and cook until soft (about 5 mins). Add garlic and peppers, and cook for another 3 mins.
2. Spice it up:
Stir in 2–3 tsp of your Jalfrezi Spice Blend 🌶️ and cook for 1 min until fragrant.
3. Add your protein:
Add chicken or paneer and stir to coat. Cook for 5–7 mins until sealed and golden.
4. Make it saucy:
Add tomato purée and chopped tomatoes. Simmer for 10–15 mins until thickened and cooked through.
5. Serve & enjoy:
Garnish with fresh coriander
