Tandoori Spiced Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp Tandoori spice blend
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, Tandoori spice blend, and salt.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  5. Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired, and serve hot as a side dish.
