Vindaloo Spiced Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp Vindaloo spice blend
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Vindaloo spice blend, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the shrimp.
  3. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  4. Serve with rice or as a filling for tacos.
