1×bottle of Lemongrass. Lemongrass has a clean, citrus and floral flavour. Use to infuse Gin or even to be made in to a syrup to spice up your cocktails. Can also be used to enhance a lime spritzer

1× bottle of cinnamon pieces. Cinnamon provides warmth and sweetness all in one go. Use with Bourbon, whiskey or even a juicy apple pie cocktail. 

1 x bottle of juniper berries. Juniper gives a clean citrus, pine flavour and has been described as 'green-fresh'. Juniper berries are a firm favorite for gin infusions and is even used in beer by the Finnish. 

1 x bottle of orange peel. As you can imagine, there are unlimited ways you can use orange peel in alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. One of my favorites is to infuse with vodka.

1 x bottle of pink peppercorns. Our little hidden gem. A milder, slightly sweeter variation from black pepper makes for gorgeous pink peppercorn syrups that can be used to form a base for scrumptious cocktails. 

1 x bottle of pink rose petals. Perfect to add a delicate, floral note to cocktails and gin. Works very well in a wine pitcher too! Nothing like a bit of rose petal glam!
